Uncle Blaine’s Room

Uncle Blaine’s Room accommodation is situated with southern exposure at the end of the second floor hall with direct access to the covered verandah.  This room shares the newly renovated and spacious hall bathroom with Vivian’s Room.  The shared bath is outfitted with a large subway tiled shower with glass surround.  Note: Due to this being a shared bathroom with Vivian’s Room accommodation, there is an inside lock for privacy.

This room is named after our Great Uncle who took in our Grandfather Roy Cramer as a young child to his farm located in Pleasant Gap, PA when Roy’s father remarried and relocated with his new wife to Altoona.  His picture hangs prominently in the hallway outside the door.  

Uncle Blaine’s Room accommodation is simply decorated with a modern farmhouse flair.  Guests will appreciate the cozy queen metal farmhouse bed for a restful night’s sleep as well as direct access to the covered verandah for enjoying the fresh night air and the sounds of small town life.  There’s a smart HDTV for private streaming and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.  

For added convenience and for those traveling together or with additional guests, this room has an adjoining door to the King Room accommodation.  To reserve both rooms, please contact us directly.

FYI:  The maximum occupancy for this room is 2.  We are unable to accommodate any reservation with more than 2 guests.  Please consider reserving an additional room, if there are more than 2 in your party.
