Policies & Things to Remember When Making a Reservation at The Cramer Family Mountain Inn
Accessibility Information: We have one step to enter from the front of the Inn and four at the side/rear entrance. We have a staircase to our second floor which has the King Room, Mountain Room, Uncle Blaine Room and Vivian Room. There is a handrail on the left side of the staircase. We do have a room on the first floor for those who have difficulty with the steps. The Kelley Suite has one step to the patio, one step into the bedroom and one step into the kitchen area.
Reservation Policies
- Occupancy: Quoted rates do not include 6% sales tax and 5% county occupancy tax. Rates are based on double occupancy. The King room and Kelley Suite can accommodate one additional guest for a total of three guests max (regardless of age). We can prepare the King room with a twin air mattress bed with advance notice and the Kelley Suite is outfitted with a pull-out chair to accommodate one additional guest. For the additional guest, there is a $25.00/person charge each night of your stay.
- A two-night minimum stay is required for Kelley Suite reservations, PSU football, other special events and when renting the four rooms in the main house and the whole house to include the Kelley Suite.
- Check In time: After 3pm. Special arrangements can be made with advance notice.
- Check-out time is by 11am.
Cancellation Policies
Since we are a small business, last minute cancellations affect us greatly, therefore we ask for your understanding when we must adhere to the following policy.
- There is a required deposit of one night’s charge per room for all reservations. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to arrival date. The balance will be charged to the credit card(s) used to secure the reservation. After that date there are no refunds.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee, per room reserved.
- Cancellations made seven days or less from arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If the room canceled is re-booked for the entire reserved days, then a refund will be returned, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Partial cancellations and changes of reservation dates may not be accepted due to availability and minimum stay requirements. There are no refunds for early departures, no shows or partial cancellations except as noted above.
- All cancellations booked direct and not through Airbnb, must be made via email or a phone call. Your reservation is not canceled until you get a response via email or phone call by the owners.
Miscellaneous Policies
- Smoke-free Policy: For the health and safety of our guests and staff the Bed and Breakfast is a smoke and vape free Inn. There will be a $250.00 charge if any evidence of smoke is detected in the inn or your room. Guests are permitted to use the porches and patio areas outside for smoking. Please be respectful of other guests when smoking outdoors and dispose of any butts properly.
- Pets: We do welcome dogs (sorry, we can’t accept cats at this time) within the Kelley Suite only. There is an additional $25 fee per night per pet.

- For dogs, we ask the following:
- Limit to 2 dogs.
- Guests always keep the dog on a leash outside the room.
- Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the room.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up all dog refuse. We have supplied “doggy bags” and there is a receptacle in the side yard hanging from the fence (near the Kelley Suite private entrance) for bag disposal.
